Luxury Home

We were engaged to manage the sale of a large luxury home, the property required significant ongoing upkeep with specialised security systems, large pool, extensive yards and gardens, lighting etc. Moresol assessed the property requirements and provided a detailed management plan with quotes for ongoing maintenance and necessary repairs for professional sale presentation including furniture staging package to complement the presentation during the campaign.

Moresol obtained marketing appraisals from 2 specialist luxury home sales agents and submitted our analysis and recommendations to the Receiver. Once Receiver approved the property recommendations, we engaged the works contractors for repairs and maintenance required and managed completion. We then proceeded to appoint the sales agent and obtained relevant auction authority documentation for Receiver sign off. Following execution of Agent authorities the campaign advertising materials were screened and approved in compliance with Receivers detailed requirements and campaign commenced.

Weekly campaign reports were provided to Receiver with our analysis, in the final week of the campaign a reserve recommendation was submitted based on the overall campaign results. Receiver approved the auction reserve as recommended, Moresol managed the auction with the Agent and the property was sold at auction above the nominated reserve.
